On April 12, 2023, XLRI published the final merit list and notified that acceptance letters and results will be communicated through email. The academic sessions are scheduled to commence in June 2023. XLRI has successfully concluded the placements for the batch of 2021-23 with a 100% placement rate. The HR domain offered the highest international package of INR 1.1 CPA. In total, 117 recruiters provided 487 offers.

XLRI, also known as Xavier School of Management, holds the distinction of being the oldest B-School in India, having been established in 1949. The final placements at XLRI take place in February, while the lateral placements are conducted in December-January. The summer internship placements are held in October/November after the completion of the first year. XLRI Scholarships

XLRI provides several scholarship programs to assist students in obtaining financial aid. The eligibility criteria for scholarship awards include the student's academic performance and their current family income. XLRI offers several scholarship schemes, including the Aditya Birla Scholarship of INR 1.75 lakh per year, which is awarded to two deserving students, and the Capital First Scholarship, worth INR 1 lakh per year, which is awarded to eight meritorious students. The Pirojsha Godrej Scholarship, worth INR 25,000, is a merit-cum-need-based award granted to one meritorious student from an economically weak background. Additionally, the Geeta Saxena Memorial scholarship, worth INR 20,000, is awarded to any deserving student candidate. XLRI also provides various other merit-cum-need scholarships that students can avail themselves of, such as the Alumni Scholarship, XLRI Diamond Jubilee, Vasantha Sankaran Scholarship, Naveen Jain & Distinguished Alumni Award, and Kalyan Ganguly XEF Scholarship.

XLRI Faculty

XLRI has a total of seventy full-time faculty members who specialise in various functional disciplines. The Faculty-Student Ratio at XLRI is approximately 1:10. XLRI also invites professional faculty from all around the world through its faculty exchange programs. XLRI Hostel

XLRI offers hostel accommodation for its full-time residential program students. The college has four hostel blocks on its campus, providing a total of 400 rooms. XLRI is located across two campuses - the Old and the New Campus. The New Campus has single occupancy hostel rooms available for first-year students, while second-year students are provided hostel rooms on the Old Campus.

XLRI International Exchange Program

XLRI's International Student Exchange Program (ISEP) allows almost 20 percent of the MBA batch to spend a semester studying abroad in the world's leading management colleges. The program is available to students enrolled in both the Human Resource Management (HRM) and Business Management programs.

Q. How is PGDHRM program at XLRI?

Ans. The Xavier Labour Relations Institute in Jamshedpur offers a two-year full-time PGDHRM program that covers a range of study areas related to human resources. Q. What financial assistance is provided to XLRI Students?

Ans. XLRI offers multiple scholarships to its students, including the Kalyan Ganguly XEF Scholarship, which is a merit-cum-need scholarship of INR 1,00,000, the Vasantha Sankaran Scholarship of INR 1,00,000, awarded to students of BM-II, and the Alumni Scholarship of INR 1,50,000, awarded to students of HRM-II and BM-II, among others.

Q. What are the new Programs at XLRI?

Ans. XLRI introduced VIL Programs in 2002, making it the first business school to offer a range of certificate courses in management through virtual classrooms. These programs are designed to enhance the business acumen and managerial skills of working executives. The flagship programs offered are the 12-month PGCBM (Postgraduate Certificate in Business Management) and PGCHRM (Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resource Management). To be eligible, applicants must have a Graduation/Diploma in any discipline and a minimum of two years of full-time work experience after graduation. Selection is based on personal interviews.

XLRI Jamshedpur Admission 2022

XLRI Jamshedpur PGDM Admission 2022 is over. The college offers Admission to its flagship PGDM BM and PGDM HR program on the basis of XAT score. The XAT 2023 application process will start in August and the Entrance exam will be conducted in January 2023. Further, the XLRI Jamshedpur is accepting applications for admission to PGDBM (Online), PGDF (Online), PGDHRM (Online). The last date to apply for the program has been extended till July 05.

XLRI Jamshedpur Placements 2022

Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur popularly known as XLRI Jamshedpur is amongst the top Business schools in India. The institute has maintained an excellent placement track record. It offers a high RoI where the average placement package stands above INR. 24 LPA, while the general cost for its PGDM program stands at around INR. 11 LPA.

XLRI has concluded its placement drive for the batch 2022 and has achieved 100% placements where 99 recruiters participated including 23 new recruiters. The Highest CTC stood at INR 60+ LPA which as offered by the BFSI Sector whereas the Average CTC stood at INR 30.73 LPA and the Median CTC stood at INR 29 LPA. Around 40.28% students received Pre-Placement Offers.

The Institute has released its placement report for the batch 2019-21 and the Highest CTC stood at INR 50 LPA whereas the Average CTC stood at INR 25.08 LPA and the Median CTC stood at INR 23 LPA. XLRI Cut Off 2023

XLRI Jamshedpur offers a 2-year PGDM as its flagship programs. Admission to XLRI Jamshedpur PGDM (BM ) and PGDM (HRM) courses are done on the basis of scores in the XAT/GMAT entrance exam. XLRI Jamshedpur PGDM Admission Cutoff for the year 2022 remained somewhere between 92-95 percentile for the general category candidates. The XAT cut-off is divided into two different sections of percentile of male, female, male engineer, female engineer, male non-engineer, and female non-engineer. Final admission offer is made on the basis of GD/PI conducted by the institute.
