IRMASAT 2019 Exam Information
The IRMA social awareness test (IRMASAT) is a institute level entrance exam for admissions to post -graduate diploma in rural management programme (PGDRM) offering by IRMA. IRMA is one of the best and it was the first in India to introduce MBA in Rural Management. This exam is conducted by IRMA for admissions in pioneering academic institutions in rural management and research. IRMA is preferred MBA destination of CAT and XAT aspirants. IRMASAT 2019 Eligibility Criteria
In order to apply for IRMASAT 2019, the candidates have to meet the eligibility criteria laid by the Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA). The candidate’s who are interested in pursuing PGDRM from IRMA must understand the eligibility criteria before applying for the exam. The eligibility criteria of IRMASAT state the minimum requirements of the candidates in order to apply for the exam.
The following are the eligibility criteria the candidates have to follow:
a). Age limit:
There is no age limit to appear for the exam of IRMASAT 2019.
b). Educational qualification:
- The candidate must have passed their 10th grade, 12th grade, and bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 50% aggregate marks.
- And also the candidate must be a graduate from any discipline, with a minimum of 15 years of education.
- The aggregate marks for SC/ST/DAP category have to be at least 45% aggregate marks.
- The candidate’s who are in their final year graduation are also eligible to apply provided they fulfill the IRMASAT 2019 eligibility criteria by the time of admissions.

IRMASAT 2019 Registration
The registration process for IRMASAT can be made both online and offline. Before applying for the exam the candidates must know about the application process, submissions date etc. The candidate should be very clear in filling the application form. The candidates are asked to follow the instructions carefully.
The application process of IRMASAT 2019- for online mode:
- Visit the official website irma.ac.in and click on the apply button.
- The new window opens and the candidates have to register the form by entering the full name, valid email id, password, and phone number.
- Auto-generated password will be sent to the candidate’s email account. The user id and password should be kept for future reference.
- Then fill the application form of IRMASAT 2019 by entering the personal details like name, gender, email id, educational qualification and some other details that are required.
- Mention the CAT/XAT scores/ registration number.
- The candidates have to upload the scanned copies of their recent passport size photograph (150*180 pixels) and signature (150*70 pixels).
- Then the scanned copies of the latest OBC (non-creamy layer), SC/ ST, DAP category certificates as applicable with (maximum size of 1 MB).
IRMASAT 2019 Exam Pattern
The exam pattern of IRMASAT 2019 will be prescribed by the Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA). Knowing the exam pattern will help the candidate to easily crack the exam. The topics covered will be of general awareness and issues of the social concern. There is only one section in IRMASAT exam. The exam will be of computer- based objective type questions and language used in the exam is only English.

Duration: The total duration of the exam is 80 minutes.
Marking Scheme: Each question carries one mark. There is a negative marking for each wrong answer which will result in the deduction of 1/4th of the allotted marks.
The Number of questions: The total number of questions will be 40.

IRMASAT 2019 Syllabus
The IRMA does not release any official syllabus for IRMASAT 2019. But based on the previous year exam pattern and question types the experts have outlined the syllabus for IRMASAT 2019.
As there is no particular syllabus given the candidates are supposed to prepare on the topics given below and build their general awareness to boost their performance in IRMASAT 2019.
The candidate’s general awareness will be tested. The candidates are supposed to answer the questions after reading the passages, and also some question s will also require prior knowledge.

IRMASAT 2019 Admit Card
The admit card for IRMASAT 2019 is scheduled in the 1st week of February 2019. It is not proposed to be separately issued by IRMA. The basic reason behind it is that the IRMASAT 2019 will be conducted after the first stage short-listing by IRMA for the final selection round.
For all previous year, IRMA used to issue the admit card and the candidate can download the IRMASAT hall ticket from the official website.
In case IRMA decides to issue the Admit card 2019, as the exam precedes the GA-PI round by a week, the admit card will be available in the 4th week of January 2019 after the short-listing for final selection round.

IRMASAT 2019 Result
The result will be published around March 15 2019, along with the GA-PI merit list for the final admission at IRMA. IRMASAT result commands 10% weight age.

The actual cut off marks for the admission to 2019-2021 batches will be announced after the declaration of the results for IRMASAT 2019. The cut-off marks will be announced by the IRMA. The candidates can check their cut-off on the official website. The cut-off marks will be used in selecting the candidates for the next round of admission process. The minimum cut off for the IRMASAT exam will be set by the exam authority, which will be used at the time of analyzing the candidate’s overall performance.
