Course Detail SPJIMR’s Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is a two-year, full-time residential programme equivalent to an an MBA. It is approved by AICTE, accredited by NBA and AMBA, UK, and consistently ranks among India’s top 10 management programmes. The programme offers a holistic approach to leadership development, blending classroom learning with immersive experiences. Eligibility Criteria

Indian applicants: Must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (10+2+3) from a recognised university with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA. Final year graduation students can also apply.

International applicants: Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks or an equivalent CGPA from an institute deemed a university in their country of residence. The degree must entail a minimum of three years of education after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2) or equivalent, and be recognised by AIU/appropriate authorities. Final year graduation students can also apply. Work experience is not mandatory.

Admission Procedure Applicants are shortlisted based on their profiles and qualifying scores in entrance exams (CAT/GMAT). Profiles are evaluated and sorted into profile-based and profile-cum-score-based groups. Shortlisted candidates are typically called for an interview in January and February, with final results announced in March.

Course Detail A two-year, full-time residential programme with a General Management focus. Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGPM)



Course Detail An 18-month AICTE-approved, full-time residential General Management programme designed for experienced executives. It typically comprises a 2-month online module, a 12-month on-campus residential module, and 4 months of social impact projects, start-up projects, or international immersion. – Restart Initiative: For women with a minimum 2-year career break after completing 3 years of prior full-time work experience.

Global Management Programme (GMP)



Course Detail An 18-month programme (variable from 12 to 24 months) designed for individuals aspiring to pursue an MBA or Master’s in Management from a globally recognised university in the USA, UK, Europe, or Canada. It typically begins with 6 months of study at SPJIMR Mumbai, followed by 6-18 months at an international partner school. The curriculum includes a preparatory term with online courses (e.g., from Harvard Business Publishing) and foreign language training. It provides a foundational understanding of general management before participants specialise at the partner school, offering dual alumni status.
Eligibility Criteria – A Bachelor’s degree in any stream with at least 55% marks or an equivalent CGPA from a recognised university.

Fellow Programme in Management (FPM)



Course Detail SPJIMR’s doctoral programme, equivalent to a PhD in management, designed for scholars aiming for careers in academia, research, and consulting. It offers specialisations across various management domains, including Marketing, Finance, Operations, Information Management, Organisational Behaviour, Economics, and Business Policy. The programme involves rigorous coursework, comprehensive examinations, and culminates in a doctoral thesis based on original research. Eligibility Criteria Undergraduate / fresh graduate from any educational stream enrolled in any college, with an entrepreneurial streak and is comfortable with English. Course Detail LIFE is a unique certificate programme designed specifically for women who are part of family businesses—whether as active leaders, silent partners, or upcoming successors.
