XLRI Results and Cutoff
According to NIRF, the Xavier Labour Relations Institute is among the top 50 business schools in the country and as such, the institute is very selective as to who they admit. Consequently, the XLRI cutoff record is usually very high. The institute takes in students based on the candidate’s score in the Xavier Aptitude Test. There is a separate entrance test for the MSc in Postive Organisational Development and Change programme.
The XLRI Jamshedpur cutoff for a particular year is calculated on the basis of multiple factors such as the general performance of XAT in a particular year along with with the average performance in each section of the XAT paper and last year’s cutoff percentile. It is to be noted that the XLRI results depend on the sectional cutoffs and an overall cutoff. The candidates are reminded to keep in mind the last five years’ cutoff trends when they are calculating the predicted cutoff.
