Admission

XLRI Admission Process

The Xavier Labour Relations Institute is one of the top ten business schools in India and as such, it is very exclusive when it comes to the admission of candidates. The XLRI admission process practised by the college is strenuous and tests the candidates on multiple fronts.

How to get admission in XLRI?

XLRI Admission criteria for each course has its own criteria for application and the student must fulfil them all or else face the risk of their XLRI application being cancelled. Students applying for the PG Diploma courses are shortlisted for entry on the basis of their entrance exam results. For domestic applicants, this is the XAT exam while overseas candidates have to sit for GMAT. They are then made to go undergo a WAT and interview rounds. Based on their performance in these rounds, they are selected.

The MSc applicants are also subjected to similar admission procedures. However, they have a different entrance exam. On the other hand, Part-time and Executive PGDM applicants, as well as the FPM candidates, are all shortlisted based on the strength of their profile.
