IPMAT 2023 Preparation Strategy

Here are some tips for preparing for the IPMAT 2023 exam:

  1. Familiarize yourself with the exam pattern and marking scheme, as negative marking is applicable. Answer questions accordingly.

  2. Set a target score based on the cutoff. Determine whether you are aiming to just meet the qualifying marks or achieve a very high score. This will help you prepare and plan effectively.

  3. Manage your time wisely. Instead of treating the exam as a single 120-minute session, consider each section as a separate exam. This approach can help you manage your time better.

  4. Avoid guessing on questions if you have no idea about the answer. There’s no point in risking negative marks.

  5. Start with the questions that you find the easiest and are less time-consuming, and then tackle the harder ones.

  6. Solve as many mock tests and previous year papers as possible to improve on your weak areas.

  7. Use quality study materials for preparation and don’t underestimate the difficulty level of the exam.
