Till when/ what date can a wailisted aspirant expect conversion?
Also in what intervals can updates be expected??

Dear Aspirants,
Announcement Regarding Refund of Waitlist amount:
-
If GIM have not offered any program to the candidate till the end of the admission process, then there will be no deduction. If a program has been offered before closure and student does not accept then there will be deduction (₹1000) even if he claims the refund after conclusion.

A candidate can withdraw from the programme by informing the Admissions Office in writing at [email protected] before the registration. Candidates who have paid the fees and choose to withdraw from the programme will receive refunds after deducting processing fee of Rs. 1000/-

GIM will start the refund process as soon as GIM receives the email from candidate.

It’ll be hard to predict ‘till when’ the waitlisted aspirants can expect conversion as it depends on lot of factors.
The waitlist movement is expected to get updated once in 10-15 days.

BIFS - 23
BDA - 58
HCM - 40
PGDM - No offer released.
Please note that these numbers represent the offers made so far till above mentioned Waitlist Number and are not the total number of new offers.
Further waitlist movement may take place, and we will keep you informed through announcements. Selected candidates will receive emails containing their offer letters.

after last waitlist update of 58 my waitlist number is updated and it was 77 but you said 3hrs ago bda moved by 36 but there is no waitlist number update on my dashboard can you please explain and tell me is there any chance of convert ?
When will the next waitlist updates happen officially in the dashboard or an email. My son is waitlisted to 59 in bda…a week back. Your post 2 days back , where it is stated progression of wait list no in bda is 36, does it mean his current waitlist is around 24.

Today the portal was updated…new waitlist 23- Movement of 36 for BDA- the info given 3 days back by the GIM adcom was spot on. Appreciated

Candidates who wish to withdraw their admissions shall write a mail to [email protected].
An application form link will be sent to the student. After they fill the application, refund will be processed. We follow AICTE guidelines in this regard.

Also, we would like to confirm that no offers have been released today, just the numbers are updated with the previous movement and some withdrawals took place.
