Exam pattern: XAT 2027

The XAT 2027 exam will be conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode and will have a total duration of 180 minutes (3 hours). The question paper is divided into two parts—Part 1 tests aptitude and carries the percentile score, while Part 2 consists of the General Knowledge (GK) section.

Note: Part 1 has a combined time limit of 170 minutes. There are no sectional time limits, so candidates can switch between the three sections freely within Part 1. Part 2 (GK) begins automatically after Part 1 and has a fixed duration of 10 minutes.

Key Features of the XAT Exam Pattern

The exam consists of 95 multiple-choice questions.
Decision Making (DM) is a unique section that is exclusive to XAT.
