The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will be declaring the results in four stages after completion of each Tier (stage) Exam. The Staff Selection Commission will release the SSC Result only in Online Mode. The candidates selected in a given round will be given call letter to the next one.

SSC Answer Key
After each Tier of SSC CGL Exam and before result declaration, Answer Key will be released by the Staff Selection Commission for candidates to gauge their performance and anticipate their qualification.

The answer key can be accessed by logging onto the SSC CGL website using SSC Registration ID and Password.

How to Check SSC CGL Result

  1. Candidate must log on to official website of SSC.
  2. Under the Results Tab (you will find this on the top of the page), candidate must click on the ‘Combined Graduate Level Tier-I/II/III Exam Result’.
  3. This will allow you to access a PDF with Roll numbers of qualifying candidates.
  4. All those finding their roll number present in the list are eligible for the next tier of SSC CGL Process.

SSC CGL Final Merit List

The SSC CGL Final Merit List will take into account marks scored in Tier I + Tier II + Tier III to arrive at the final score.

The Final Merit list will contain the following details:

  • Roll number of the candidate
  • Name of the candidate
  • Candidate rank and overall marks obtained by the candidate.

The marks of candidates are displayed, whether or not they have cleared the requisite cut off. Thus, merely having your name appear in Merit List does not guarantee selection.
