Admission Process
All the applicants are admitted to the university for the different courses based on the marks scored in the qualifying exam. Candidates need to score above a specified mark in these exams to get admitted to a particular class or discipline.

Results and Cut-off
Jain University colleges announce the cut-off list of its various courses and disciplines once the results of the corresponding entrance tests are out. Jain University results and cut-off list is prepared based on several factors like the number of candidates appearing for the qualifying exam, the highest marks obtained in the examination, the level of difficulty of the test and the number of vacant seats available in a particular department of the University.
The University declares following cut off lists until all the places in the affiliated colleges are filled up by candidates. The candidates need to obtain a score, which is equal to or more than the cut-off mark specified by the University to get admitted to their desired courses.
For example, B.Tech candidates are required to surpass the JET cut-off score, MBA candidates are needed to cross the MAT, CAT, XAT, GMAT or CMAT cut-offs, MCA candidates need to cross the PGCET cut-offs, PhD candidates need to surpass the NET cut-offs and M.Tech candidates need to reach the GATE cut-offs.

Jain University address is in District Fund Road, Behind Big Bazaar, Jayanagara 9th Block in Bengaluru. The Central Library of Jain University holds a rich collection of 119138 books, 80951 E-journals, 95 newspapers, 12931 E-Books, 278 periodicals, eight databases, 8754 CDs, 3525 Bound Volumes, 800 NPTEL Lecture videos and project reports. Jain University hostel is provided to both boys and girls.
The basic amenities offered to the residential students include warden supervision, telephones, safety, medical checkups, kitchen facilities, hygiene and state of the art gymnasium. The hostel facilities vary according to colleges.
