The candidates have to register themselves for appearing in the SSC CPO exam.

The steps applying for the exam are as follows:

• Visit the official website https://ssc.nic.in
• Click on the apply button given on the website
• The new registration link window will appear on the screen
• Click on the new registration in SSC CPO application window
• Then click on the submit button
• To begin with the registration the candidates have to give the basic details like name, date of birth, email id, mobile number etc.
• Click on the submit button to submit the registration form of SSC CPO
• Now the candidates are required to login with the provided registration ID, date of birth and password to complete the registration of SSC CPO
• Now upload the photograph and signature. The photograph should be recent colored passport size and it must be more than 4 KB in size and less than 12 KB. The photo resolution must be 100*120 pixels in width and height.
• The signature must be in black or blue ink in the white sheet. The scanned copy of sign must be in JPG format and it should be more than 1 KB in size and less than 12 KB. The resolution for signature should be 40*60 pixels in width and height.
• Then login with the registered ID and password to complete the part II of the application form
• After filling the form, the candidates are advised to preview the form of SSC CPO and confirm whether the details given are correct.
• Now click on the final submit button.
• Download the application form and the take printout of SSC CPO application form for future use.

Payment of fees:

The candidates can pay the fees through SBI Challan/Net Banking or through credit and debit card of any bank.

The candidates who wish to make the payment through challan of SBI may make the payment to designated branches of SBI.
