Rescheduling and Cancelling GMAT Exam
To cancel the GMAT test, there are different charges depending on the number of days before the scheduled test date. Cancelling the exam 1-14 days before the test date incurs a charge of $220, with a $55 refund. Cancelling the test 15-60 days before the appointment incurs a charge of $195, with an $80 refund. Cancelling more than 60 days prior to the appointment incurs a charge of $165, with a $110 refund. Modifications or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled test and time are not allowed. If you reschedule the exam by phone, you will need to pay a $10 surcharge in addition to the rescheduling fee.
