Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for 2-Year Management Program (MBA/PGPM)

• Candidates must hold a graduation degree in any discipline with 50% or higher marks, with English as the medium of instruction.

• Applicants should have completed 15 years of education (10+2+3 or 10+2+4 format).

• Those who did not study in English medium must submit a valid TOEFL / NELT / IELTS score by May 31, 2026.

• Final-year students are eligible to apply, provided they complete all graduation requirements (including practicals, viva, assignments) by May 31, 2026. Admission will remain provisional until they submit degree certificates and mark sheets.

  • Last date to submit graduation proof: November 01, 2026.

• Eligibility verification will begin in August 2026. Candidates are responsible for ensuring they meet all requirements.

Admission Process

IBSAT 2025

IBSAT is an online aptitude test conducted by The ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education for admission to the MBA and PhD programs at IBS Bengaluru and IBS Hyderabad.

• It is a computer-based test (CBT) with multiple-choice questions, conducted for 2 hours.

• It assesses skills in quantitative techniques, data interpretation, data adequacy, vocabulary, analytical reasoning, and reading comprehension.

Accepted Entrance Exams

Instead of IBSAT 2025, the following exam scores are also accepted (from 2023 onwards):

• GMAT™

• NMAT by GMAC™

• CAT

• XAT

Candidates with these scores are exempted from IBSAT 2025.

IBS Admissions (2025 intake) are open through CAT / NMAT by GMAC™ / XAT / GMAT™ scores only.

IFHE Scholarship 2026

The ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (IFHE) offers scholarships and financial assistance to meritorious students and those excelling in academics, entrance exams, or co-curricular achievements.
