Calicut University was founded by C H Muhammed Koya in 1968. Dr. M. M. Ghani administered the institute in the year of its establishment. Calicut University Courses offered and Fee Structure
Calicut University offers different courses in different disciplines. Undergraduate courses include B. Sc., B, Com, B Tech, BBA and BA.
These courses are offered in disciplines like Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Home Science, Genetics, Botany, Costume Design and Fashion, Food Technology, Psychology, Geology, Mathematics, Zoology, Environmental Science and Water Management, Chemistry, Applied Statistics etc. B Sc course fee is Rs. 2.19 lakhs and B. All the applicants are admitted to the university course on the basis of marks scored in the qualifying exam. Candidates are required to get certain marks in these exams in order to get entry into a particular course.
