JEE Main 2020 registration process for Jammu and Kashmir candidates will close today. The eligible candidates can apply for the exam through the official website.
NTA (National Testing Agency) will close the online application process of the JEE main 2020 exam today i.e. 8th November 2019 for Jammu and Kashmir, and Ladakh candidates. The registration reopened on 4th November 2019 for the candidates belonging to Jammu and Kashmir. The candidates can visit the official website to apply for the exam.
The candidates can apply for the exam by following the steps given below:
- Visit the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in.
- Click on JEE main 2020 link provided on the home page.
- A new page will appear where the candidates can register themselves and make payment.
- After submitting the application, the candidates can take a print out of the JEE main exam 2020 application form for future reference.
|Educational qualification||The candidates should have passed the 12th class or qualifying the exam in 2019 or 2018.
The candidates appearing for the 12th class exam or equivalent qualifying exam 2020 can also appear for the JEE main exam.
|Age limit||There is no age limit. However, the candidate should have passed the 12th standard or qualifying the exam in 2018 or 2019.|
|Number of attempts||JEE main candidates can take part in the exam for 3 consecutive years. The exam will be conducted twice a year; the candidate may appear in both attempts. The attempt for the academic year will be considered as 1.|
|Subject/subject combination for admissions into NIT, IIT, and GFTI’s||The candidate should have qualified the exam with B. Tech/ BE (physics, maths, or anyone of the subject biology, chemistry, biotechnology, technical vocational subject). B. Arch (maths, physics, and chemistry). B plan (maths)|
As per the previous notification, the exam will be conducted on 6th January 2020 to 11th January 2020. The result will be declared on 31st January 2020.
