AEEE 2023 Registration/Application Process

AEEE 2023 Registration

The university will invite the applications from the eligible candidates to admit candidates in the engineering courses of the university. Candidates will fill and submit the application form through online mode. Amrita Engineering Entrance Examination has already released the application form from 18th November 2022. Candidates would need to register themselves on the website by providing the personal details and they would need to upload the photo and signature while filling the application form. The admission authority will accept the application form only if the candidate has submitted the application fee.

The application fees for candidates seeking admission based on the rank scored in JEE mains is INR 500 and candidates seeking admission through AEEE 2023 is INR 1200. The online application fee can be deposited through internet banking, credit card, debit card, etc.

Candidates should follow the subsequent steps to fill the application form:

  1. The first crucial step is to register on the official website and candidates would need to fill the details like name, gender, date of birth, age as on 01st July 2023, category, PH category, valid email id and valid mobile number. Candidates would need to agree to the declaration after providing the above-mentioned details. And then the confirmation email will be sent to complete the registration process.
  2. Once the registration is completed, the candidates would need fill the online application form with the additional details which would include the personal details and academic qualifications. Candidates would need to provide the information on candidate’s nationality, father’s name, mother’s name, Aadhar card and parent’s contact number. Educational details would also need to be mentioned – candidates should make sure to provide the correct details as they would be verified during the document verification. If the admission authority finds the candidate has filled the wrong or false information, then the admission will be cancelled.
  3. Candidates would need to upload the documents as per the requirements which are as follows:

Candidates would need to upload the recent coloured photograph in the given format:

Candidates would need to sign through a black pen only.

  1. Candidates should preview and re-check the details in the application form before the final submission of the application form. As they would not be able to edit once the candidate finally submit the application form.
  2. After submitting the application form the candidates would need to submit the application fee as applicable.
  3. Candidates should also note that the application would be rejected without any notice if the candidates has left any field blank.
  4. Candidates should keep in mind the changes will not be accepted through the offline mode that is fax and application including email once the application form is submitted.
  5. Only one application per candidate would be allowed for a programme by the university.
  6. Application number will be allotted to the candidates after the final submission of the application form and that would be used for all the future references. So, the candidates would need to keep it with them in a safe place.
  7. Candidates can collect the OMR application form along with the information handbook & admission brochure from the selected application sale outlets.
  8. The university accepts the application in both the offline and the online modes, but candidate should submit the application only through one mode as the duplicate application would lead to the rejection.

The aspirants can also fill the application in offline mode. Candidates can collect the application form from university counters of Amritapuri, Bangalore and Coimbatore campus. The application fee should be paid with the demand draft in favour of Amrita School of Engineering, payable at Coimbatore and Chennai. Candidates should make sure that the application form is submitted before the last date of submission. Also, the candidates should keep the photocopy of the filled application form.
