Amrita university will declare the cut off in the form of closing rank. The closing rank for the various B. Tech courses will be released into the various campus of the university for the admission. Only the candidates who achieve the minimum qualifying rank will be eligible for the admission into various undergraduate courses. The cut off as per the previous trends are as follows:-

Candidates who successfully qualify the AEEE 2023 would be selected for the next round which is the counselling process. Amrita University will begin the counselling process from 19th May 2023. Candidates would need to download the counselling call letter for the counselling process. The counselling process would be conducted in offline mode on the different dates for the various category candidates. Candidates can fill the branch option in any of the university campus as per the preference and availability of the seats. The final result of the Amrita Engineering Entrance Examination 2023 would be made available to the students in the PDF format on the official website. The university will prepare the rank list and will publish it on the website; it would be based on the marks of the candidates.

The highlights of the counselling process of the Amrita university are as follows:-

  1. It is necessary to attend the counselling process which will be organized in the offline mode to get the admission in the university.
  2. Candidates would need to register themselves for the counselling process and pay the counselling fees to attend the counselling fees.
  3. Candidates should attend the counselling as it cannot be skipped and must fill the preferences.
  4. It should be noted that the counselling fees is not refundable.
  5. Candidates would not be permitted to attend the counselling process without producing original documents.
  6. Candidates would be allotted seats on the basis of the rank scored in AEEE 2023, eligibility, category, choices filled for branch and seat availability in colleges.
  7. Candidates would need to submit the admission fees and need to complete the other admission formalities as prescribed by the university. It should be done as soon as the candidates are allotted the seats in the campus.

It is necessary that the candidates should carry the original documents as well as the photocopies of the documents at the time of counselling. Candidates will not be considered for the admission without the document verification so it is necessary that the candidates carry the following documents along with them at the time of counselling process:-

  1. Certificate for the 10th class
  2. Certificate for the 12th class
  3. Hall ticket of 12th class and hall ticket of AEEE 2023.
  4. Rank card of AEEE 2023
  5. Transfer certificate from the last studied school. It is required to prove the state from where the candidates have passed the examination.
  6. Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates would need to bring the category certificate.
  7. If applicable then the candidates would need to carry the sports category certificate.
  8. Candidates must read the call letter carefully as the letter would contain the information about the documents to carry to the counselling process.
  9. Valid photo Id proof of the candidate.
