B.TECH AEEE 2020

Amrita Engineering Entrance Examination or the AEEE is an examination conducted at the university level by the educational institution of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. AEEE is the entrance for their B.Tech programmes which is a four-year degree. Applications for AEEE 2020 begin on the 19th of September and will be carried out through an online process.

AEEE Computer-based tests begin from 23rd April to 27th April 2020. The exam is held across 102 examination centres across India, with possibility of some changes here and there. The exam comprises of a total of 100 questions covering the disciplines of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. A duration of 2 hours and 30 minutes are allotted for this examination.

Candidates can also take admissions by using their JEE scores. However, only 30% seats are covered within this category. Interested candidates also have to complete their application process for getting admissions. They, however, don’t need to appear for AEEE 2020.

With the applications now open, interested candidates must apply for AEEE 2020 at the earliest, before the process is over. Here are the steps for applying for AEEE 2020 through the online portal –

  1. Register

The candidates will have to register on their online portal under a valid email id which will be confirmed by verification mails. Once the mail is confirmed only then is the applicant successfully registered and can move on with the application process.

  1. Form Fill-up

The candidates will be redirected to the form fill-up page upon completing the registration process successfully. The form must be filled with meticulous care keeping in mind the necessary details. They will also be required to upload a scanned copy of their photograph and signature.

  1. Other details

Candidates need to fill out some other details like the city of preference for appearing for the exam, academic qualifications etc. These details are also equally important and must be provided with careful assessment.

  1. Final preview

Take a minute to check the details of the form. Look for any possible errors such as spelling mistakes, photograph size etc. It is best to ensure any errors are eliminated before the submission as it can cost the entire application.

  1. Fee payment

Applicants are required to complete the payment procedure by paying Rs 1000 using the credit card, debit card or other net banking facilities. Without fees payment, the application will not be processed.

There are certain eligibility criteria candidates must look into before applying. If you do not fulfil the criteria, the application process will not be possible. An applicant of AEEE 2020 should be born on or after 1st July 1999. They should have passed the class 12 examination with at least 60% in mathematics, physics and chemistry, combined. They should have scored at least 55% in each of these papers taken separately.
