UPSC Geologist 2019 Registration

Candidates would need to fill and submit the combined Geo-scientist and Geologist Exam Application form 2019 through online mode. The application form will be available only on the official website of UPSC.

  1. Candidates should visit the official website of UPSC to fill and submit the application form.
  2. Application form would be released in the month of march and candidates should be ready with the educational certificates to fill the accurate details in the form.
  3. Candidates would need to fill the details like age, educational qualifications, address, email ID and contact information.
  4. Candidates would need to upload the scanned images of their photograph and signature as per the format prescribed by the authority of the examination.
  5. Candidates can make the online payment on the official website with necessary application fee. The application will be rejected if the fees is not paid. The application fee can be paid using any Visa/ Master/ RuPay/ Credit/ Debit Card or by cash in any branch of SBI
  6. It is important that the candidates fill the application form before the last date of the application to avoid the last minute rush and rejection of the application.
  7. Candidates should also note that the incomplete and defensive applications will not be considered under any situations.
  8. The application fee is INR 200 for all the candidates. However, there will be no fee for female candidates and SC/ST/PWBD category candidates.

Candidates who wish to apply for the Union Public Service Commission Geologist Examination 2019 can fill the application form online from the official website. It should be noted that the candidates would need to fill application form in two parts respectively. The details for the each part is as follows:

  • Part 1 for the application process – Candidates would need to provide the basic information about themselves in the first part of the application form. The details would be to provide the candidates name, educational qualifications, date of birth and all others.
  • Part 2 of the application process – Candidates would need to pay the application fee and would need to select the examination centres and upload the scanned copies of the photograph and signature.

Candidates can follow the below steps but before beginning to fill the application form; they would need to keep ready education qualification certificates, one valid email Id and mobile number. The passport size photograph and the signature as per the requirements by the UPSC.

Step 1 – Candidates would need to login on the official website of UPSC

Step 2 – Candidates should read the official notification and the requirements carefully

Step 3 – Once the candidate has read the instructions carefully and fill the application form in the correct manner with the relevant and accurate details.

Step 4 – Candidates can upload the relevant documents and images on the official website itself.

Step 5 – Candidates would then need to pay the application fee through appropriate online method.

Step 6 – Candidates should recheck all the details as they would not be able to edit once the form is submitted.

Step 7 – Candidates should take out the print out of the copy and save for the future references.
