The Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad (MICA) is expected to announce the MICAT 2027 exam dates on its official website along with the admission notification for the 2027–29 batch. MICAT is conducted in two phases—MICAT I and MICAT II—to provide candidates with two opportunities to improve their performance. Candidates may appear for either one or both phases, and the better of the two MICAT scores is considered while preparing the shortlist for the Group Exercise (GE) and Personal Interview (PI).

As of now, MICA has not officially released the detailed MICAT 2027 schedule. Based on the previous admission cycle, the tentative timeline is provided below.

MICAT 2027 Exam Schedule

MICA conducts the admission process in multiple stages. The application process for MICAT I generally begins in September, while registrations for MICAT II commence after the Phase I registration window closes. Admit cards for both phases are released separately a few days before the respective examination dates. After the declaration of the MICAT II result, MICA announces the GE-PI shortlist, followed by the Group Exercise and Personal Interview rounds. The final merit list is generally released in April after considering candidates’ overall performance in CAT/XAT/GMAT, MICAT, GE, and PI.
