SPJIMR Cut-off 2026 (Expected)

CAT 2025 Expected Cut-off (for 2026 Admission)

  • Overall Percentile: 85–90 percentile

  • Sectional Percentile (VARC, DILR, QA): Around 75 percentile each

SPJIMR keeps its overall CAT cut-off moderate because it follows a profile-based + score-based two-stage shortlisting system.

XAT 2026 Expected Cut-off

  • Overall: 90+ percentile is considered competitive.

  • Lower cut-offs possible for strong profiles but generally near 90.

GMAT (Expected Equivalent)

  • Typically 685–700+ score (roughly 90th percentile equivalent).

Profile-Based vs Score-Based Calls

SPJIMR uses two pathways:

1. Profile-Based Call

  • Given before CAT/XAT results.

  • Requires strong academic + work-ex profile.

  • Percentile requirement is slightly flexible but usually around 85+ is expected later to remain eligible.

2. Score-Based Call

  • Based strictly on exam percentiles.

  • Requires higher side of the cut-off (85–90 percentile).

SPJIMR Previous Trends (to understand 2026 expectations)

  • Cut-offs for the last few years have been in the 85–90 percentile band for CAT.

  • XAT cut-offs historically hover around 90 percentile.
