ABOUT PGPM Business Leadership

SOIL Institute of Management one-year full time PGPM in Business Leadership is its flagship post graduate program.  This program requires a minimum of 2 years of work experience for a student to apply.

The program provides a solid grounding in analytics, marketing and finance with world class faculty, curriculum co-created with industry and a transformational leadership pedagogy involving applied learning, action-oriented collaboration, and experiential learning through yoga, theatre and outbound trips to the Himalayas and rural India.

ABOUT PGPM Human Resource Leadership

The institute offers a One Year full time PGPM program in Human Resource Management.  The PGPM Human Resources course is the oldest and most prestigious one-year programs in India for students looking to develop a career in Human Resources. It has been ranked and recognized by SHRM, the global body for HR Professionals.

ABOUT PGDM Design Thinking

This is India’s first Government & AICTE Approved PGDM program that offers management education based on Design Thinking.  Inspired by the requirements of startup and new age companies in India the curriculum provides students with a multidisciplinary approach to management subjects using Design thinking and Liberal arts. ​

The course Curriculum provides majors in Analytics, Marketing, Finance & Human Resources with many courses on design, design thinking and liberal arts interwoven into the curriculum over the students’ 2 year learning journey.

Outbound experiential learning modules such as Rural Immersion, Himalayan Outreach, Global study trek to Singapore / China are also provided for experiences outside the classroom.  This program is open to fresh college graduates as well as students with 0-5 years of experience

The shortlisting of SOIL of the candidates is done on the basis of the profile and the application are reviewed by the faculty members and executive members of the institute. The performance of the candidate in entrance exams including GMAT /CAT /XAT 2020 /MAT, academic result and extra-curriculum activities are taken into consideration.

SOIL Gurgaon Scholarship

SOIL provides a number of scholarships to the incoming students to ensure that all deserving candidates receive equal financial aid. Scholarships are offered on the basis of early application or enrollment. SOIL Gurgaon Campus Facility

The infrastructure of SOIL represents a perfect study environment with airy classrooms having modern equipment. It also provides hostel facility for the candidates, which comprises of well-furnished rooms.

• SOIL has a centrally air-conditioned campus having a seating capacity of 80 students in the classroom
