As per consolidated reports, including Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs), top consulting firms dominated the hiring process. The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) emerged as the largest recruiter with 35 offers, followed by Accenture Strategy, which extended 30 offers.

In the Investment Banking sector, Goldman Sachs led the recruitment with 9 offers, while Avendus Capital followed closely with 7 offers. Several sectors demonstrated significant growth compared to previous years — the Consumer Tech sector saw an 800% increase, while the Cards & Financial Advisory sector grew by 300%, and the Advisory Consulting sector witnessed a 120% rise in placements.

According to the official placement report, the highest package at IIM Ahmedabad 2025 reached an impressive INR 1.10 Crore per annum, while the average package stood at INR 35.50 LPA. A total of 395 offers were made, comprising 393 domestic and 2 international offers. The Consulting sector contributed the highest number of offers (156 in total). • Stage 1 – Lateral Placement Process:
  
  This stage targeted students with prior professional experience, allowing recruiters to offer mid-level managerial roles. Approximately 59% of the batch was eligible for lateral placements.

• Stage 2 – Final Placement Process:
  
  In this stage, companies were categorized into cohorts based on their core business sectors. Each group of cohorts was invited to campus in a structured cluster-based system, ensuring diversity in recruiter participation and role offerings.
