ICFAI Business School campus covers an enormous space of 150,000 sq.ft. spanning over 4 floors in the prestigious knowledge park. The campus houses 30 learning halls with state- of- art learning aids like smart boards, AV facility and Wi-Fi to enable an enriching learning experience for the students. It also has a fully equipped conference room for MDPs and Seminars.

The pride of IBS Mumbai’s campus is its 500 seater fully air-conditioned auditorium. Well-designed faculty cabins, syndicate and break out rooms facilitate out-of-class interaction and small group activities.

The key architectural feature of the building is its elegant atrium which is used for student activities and team exercises. There are separate common rooms for boys and girls and a 350 sq.ft room for student council activities. We encourage our students to get involved in indoor and outdoor games. For those students who are absolute fitness enthusiasts, we have a proposed 1500 Sq. ft. of well- equipped gymnasium.

For admission to the PGPM program, candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognised university with at least 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST candidates). Applicants are required to have a valid score in IBSAT / GMAT / NMAT / CAT / XAT. Candidates who have not studied in English must additionally provide TOEFL, NELT, or IELTS scores. The total fee for the PGPM program is ₹9.09 Lakhs.

As per the IBS Mumbai Placement Report 2025, the highest package offered was ₹20 LPA, while the average package stood at ₹7.89 LPA, with a strong placement rate of 95%. Top recruiters included Wipro, Oracle, Zomato, Aditya Birla Group, Vedanta, TCS, and several others.

PGPM

The PG Program in Management, the program equips the students with the skills, knowledge and strategic perspectives essential to the leadership of business around the world. The program comprises 29 courses (of which 21 are compulsory courses and 8 are elective courses), and a Summer Internship Program. These courses are spread over four semesters. 

The students can pursue elective courses in Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, Operations and Information Technology and Systems leading to the respective specialisation.

IBS Mumbai Admission 2026

To apply for IBSAT 2025, start by registering and paying the Rs 1800 application fee. Next, take the IBSAT test or submit scores from CAT, NMAT by GMAC™, XAT, or GMAT™. Note that IBSAT is an online remote-proctored test. After the test, wait for the results announcement. If shortlisted, you will receive an invitation to the selection process at the IBS campus, which includes Micro Presentation and Personal Interview rounds. Finally, upon successful completion, you will receive admission confirmation and campus allocation.

The admission to IBS Mumbai MBA and PGPM program happens through IBSAT. IBSAT is a Computer Based Test (CBT) and consists of multiple-choice questions. IBSAT is a two-hour exam designed to gauge a candidate's proficiency in quantitative methods, data interpretation, data sufficiency, vocabulary, analytical thinking, and reading comprehension.

How to Apply for IBSAT 2025

The IBSAT 2025 application form is common for admission to the MBA/PGPM programs at IBS campuses in Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Dehradun, Jaipur, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Pune, as well as for the PhD (full-time/part-time) program at IBS Hyderabad.

The IBSAT Bulletin can be obtained by paying ₹1,800 through any of the following modes:

• After submission, you will be redirected to the payment page.

• Once the payment is completed, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email ID.

• A hard copy of the IBSAT Bulletin will be delivered to you within one week.

The IBSAT Bulletin can also be obtained from any of the IBS marketing offices. Applicants can visit the nearest branch and purchase the Bulletin by paying the prescribed application fee in cash.

Eligibility

2-Year Management Program (PGPM)

• A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 50% or above marks, with English as the medium of instruction.

• Minimum 15 years of education (10+2+3 or 10+2+4 pattern).

• Candidates who did not study in English medium must submit a TOEFL / NELT / IELTS score by May 31, 2026.

• Final-year students are also eligible to apply, provided they complete all graduation requirements (including practicals, viva, and assignments) by May 31, 2026.

• Admission will be provisional until submission of mark sheets and degree certificates. The deadline for submitting proof of graduation is November 1, 2026.

• Eligibility verification will begin from August 2026, and it is the responsibility of candidates to ensure they meet the criteria.

Admission Process

IBSAT 2025

IBSAT 2025 is an online aptitude test conducted by The ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (a deemed-to-be University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956) for admission into the MBA and PhD programs at IBS Bengaluru and IBS Hyderabad.

The test is computer-based (CBT), two hours in duration, and comprises multiple-choice questions. It evaluates candidates on quantitative techniques, data interpretation, data adequacy, vocabulary, analytical reasoning, and reading comprehension.

CAT / GMAT® / NMAT / XAT

In addition to IBSAT 2025, candidates may also apply with CAT, GMAT®, NMAT by GMAC™, or XAT scores (from 2023 onwards). Applicants with these scores are exempted from taking IBSAT.

To avail themselves of these prestigious scholarships, candidates must fulfill the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility: Scholarships will only be offered to candidates who have appeared for the IBSAT- 2025 test and have successfully qualified.
2. Admission and Registration: Students must complete the admission process, pay the requisite admission fee, and register on the specified date to be eligible for the scholarship.
3. Applicability: The awarded scholarship amount can be adjusted solely against the program fee and payment and cannot be utilised for any other purposes or fees.
4. Withdrawal Policy: In the event of a student withdrawal from the program for any reason, any applicable fee refunds will be calculated after deducting the scholarship sum granted earlier
