CAT 2025 Admit Card Released:
The CAT 2025 admit card was released on November 12, 2025. Therefore, candidates should download it promptly from the official website, iimcat.ac.in.
CAT 2025 exam date: November 30, 2025 (Sunday), which will be crucial for MBA/PGPM admissions.
IBS Mumbai MBA Fee Structure 2026–28:
The total academic fee for the MBA/PGPM program is ₹9.09 Lakhs. In addition, students must consider living expenses separately.
XAT 2026 Registration Ongoing:
Registrations for XAT 2026 are open until December 5, 2025 at xatonline.in.
Similarly, the XAT 2026 exam will be held on January 4, 2026, from 2 PM to 5 PM.
NMAT 2025 Registration Closed:
Registration for NMAT 2025 is now closed. However, the NMAT exam window will continue from November 5 to December 19, 2025, giving candidates ample time to complete their attempt if already registered.
IBS Mumbai Admission Dates 2025
To apply for IBSAT 2025, start by registering and paying the Rs 1800 application fee. Next, take the IBSAT test or submit scores from CAT, NMAT by GMAC™, XAT, or GMAT™. Note that IBSAT is an online remote-proctored test. After the test, wait for the results announcement. If shortlisted, you will receive an invitation to the selection process at the IBS campus, which includes Micro Presentation and Personal Interview rounds. Finally, upon successful completion, you will receive admission confirmation and campus allocation.
The admission to IBS Mumbai MBA and PGPM program happens through IBSAT. IBSAT is a Computer Based Test (CBT) and consists of multiple-choice questions. IBSAT is a two-hour exam designed to gauge a candidate’s proficiency in quantitative methods, data interpretation, data sufficiency, vocabulary, analytical thinking, and reading comprehension.

How to Apply for IBSAT 2025
The IBSAT 2025 application form is common for admission to the MBA/PGPM programs at IBS campuses in Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Dehradun, Jaipur, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Pune, as well as for the PhD (full-time/part-time) program at IBS Hyderabad.

Eligibility
2-Year Management Program (PGPM)

A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 50% or above marks, with English as the medium of instruction.

Minimum 15 years of education (10+2+3 or 10+2+4 pattern).

Candidates who did not study in English medium must submit a TOEFL / NELT / IELTS score by May 31, 2026.

Final-year students are also eligible to apply, provided they complete all graduation requirements (including practicals, viva, and assignments) by May 31, 2026.

Admission will be provisional until submission of mark sheets and degree certificates. The deadline for submitting proof of graduation is November 1, 2026.

Eligibility verification will begin from August 2026, and it is the responsibility of candidates to ensure they meet the criteria.
Admission Process – IBSAT 2025
IBSAT 2025 is an online aptitude test conducted by The ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (a deemed-to-be University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956) for admission into the MBA and PhD programs at IBS Bengaluru and IBS Hyderabad.
The test is computer-based (CBT), two hours in duration, and comprises multiple-choice questions. It evaluates candidates on quantitative techniques, data interpretation, data adequacy, vocabulary, analytical reasoning, and reading comprehension.
CAT / GMAT® / NMAT / XAT
In addition to IBSAT 2025, candidates may also apply with CAT, GMAT®, NMAT by GMAC™, or XAT scores (from 2023 onwards). Applicants with these scores are exempted from taking IBSAT.

Selection Process
