DMS IIT Delhi Campus:
DMS is a part of the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi campus. The area is bounded by the Sri Aurobindo Marg on the east, the Jawaharlal Nehru University Complex on the west, the National Council of Educational Research and Training on the south, and the New Ring Road on the north, and flanked by Qutub Minar and the Hauz Khas monuments, while it is spread over an area of 320 acres.
The study curriculum demands to spend a lot of time inside the campus so DMS IIT Delhi campus offers various amenities to make the student’s life easier.
The facilities include staff club, hospital, shopping centre, bank, post office, telecom centre, community centre, stadium and playing fields and much more.
The campus has central double-storied recreation block provided with a six-lane swimming pool and a gymnasium hall, squash courts, hobbies workshop, seminar rooms and music rooms.
The IIT Library has around 21,000 pertain to management, comprising books, periodicals, standard specifications, technical reports, thesis, CD-ROM databases, journals and video cassettes. Alongside, the library has all books related to MBA IIT Delhi course.
IIT Delhi DMS campus has eight boys hostels and two girls hostels and each hostel can accommodate more than 400 students. There is a Students’ Activity Centre or SAC, that is the centre of all student activities on the campus.
The Centre has a Club Building well-equipped with gymnasium hall, swimming pool, amphitheatre, music rooms, hobbies workshop and a place to paint, to the sculptor to tinker with the radio.
The college has a wide range of student-driven clubs that include Dramatics Club, Music Club, Indoor Sports Club, Photography Society, Fine Arts Society, Hobbies Society and Publicity Cell, Literacy Club, Hindi Samiti and Quizzing Club.
