  3. Sir, I cleared the exam of KRCL NTPC 2018. The next phase is a document verification, but I made a simple mistake while filling the online form. My name in 10th marksheet is written in the sequence SURNAME FIRSTNAME MIDDLENAME. But in the NTPC form, I wrote the name in the sequence FIRSTNAME MIDDLENAME SURNAME. Will this create any problem during document verification? Do I need to submit an affidavit regarding this matter?
