TS EAMCET 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Every examination consists of a set of eligibility criteria which allows the authority to identify the candidates who are willing to sit for the exam. Similarly, TS EAMCET 2023 also has some important eligibility criteria which enable the students to be sorted between those who are eligible and those who are not. Every student must follow the correct eligibility criteria and only then they should continue with the other formalities of the entrance examination.

DEGREE COURSE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
For B.V.Sc. & A.H., B.Sc. (Hons) Agriculture/ Horticulture, B.Sc. (Forestry), B.F.Sc. and 50% seats of B.Tech. (FT)

The candidates must have successfully cleared the class 10+2 examination from a recognized and approved institution. All the candidates are also required to have a subject combination comprising any of the two subjects – Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Natural sciences or any agricultural course (for agriculture students). The minimum marks achieved should be 45% (40% for candidates belonging to reserved categories).

The lower age limit for the TS EAMCET exam is 17 years and upper age limit is 22 years. However, if a candidate belongs to any of the reserved categories then the age limit is up to 25 years.

For Engineering, Bio-Technology, B.Tech (Dairy Technology/ Agriculture Engineering), 50% seats in B. Pharmacy, 50% B.Tech seats in (Food Technology)

The candidates should have passed their 10+2 boards exam or any other equivalent examination. Candidates should have scored a minimum of 45% marks (40% for candidates belonging to reserved categories) with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ related vocational course.

The lower age limit for the TS EAMCET exam is 17 years and upper age limit is 22 years. However, if a candidate belongs to any of the reserved categories then the age limit is up to 25 years.

For Pharma-D courses

The candidates should have passed their 10+2 boards exam or any other equivalent examination. Candidates should have scored a minimum of 45% (40% for candidates belonging to reserved categories) marks with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Biology or have passed or appeared at the final year of the Diploma in Pharmacy course.

The age limit to the candidates will have to be a minimum of 17 years and there is no upper age limit.

For B. Pharmacy

The candidates should have passed their 10+2 boards exam or any other equivalent examination. Candidates should have scored a minimum of 45% (40% for candidates belonging to reserved categories) marks with Biology, Physics and Chemistry.

The age limit to the candidates will have to be a minimum of 16 years and there is no upper age limit.

NUMBER OF ATTEMPTS There is no limit as such on the number of attempts for the TS EAMCET  examination. But institutions do not prefer students who have attempted the exam more than twice already.
NATIONALITY Individuals who belong to any of the states and Union territories of India are eligible to apply for the TS EAMCET  2023 examination.
DOMICILE The students should belong to the state of Jharkhand and must have fulfilled the above-mentioned eligibility.
