IISER 2023 Eligibility Criteria
Every entrance examination conducted in the country by various institutions have their own set of different eligibility criteria which the candidates should abide by. Without the right eligibility criteria, it will not be possible for the candidates to appear for the entrance examination. Similarly, IISER 2023 examination has a set of eligibility criteria which every student should be well aware of. It varies in the stream the candidate is going to select. Eligibility For KYPY Stream

The candidate should have the valid and official KVPY scholarship starting from 2023-2024 |
| Nationality |
The candidates should be from any of the Indian states and Union Territories. |
| Age |
The minimum age for the candidates should be 18 years. |
Eligibility For JEE Advanced Channel
| Qualification |
The candidates should have successfully qualified in the JEE Advanced exam and obtained a rank within 10000 in Common Rank List (CRL). |
| Nationality |
The candidates should be from any of the Indian states and Union Territories. |
| Age |
The minimum age for the candidates should be 18 years. |
Eligibility For SCB Channel
| Qualification |
The candidates should have successfully passed in their 12 board examinations with 55% aggregate marks and science as the mandatory stream from a reputed and approved institution.
There is a 5% relaxation of marks for the candidates belonging to the reserved categories.
