The registration process commenced from January 6, 2023, by Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB). It will be releasing the online application form. While filling in the form, the students will have to furnish certain details pertaining to their personal information, academic qualifications and contact information. However, before filling up of the online application form, the students need to first visit the centers that they are assigned for paying the application fees to get the access of the User Id. Aspirants will not be able to finish filling up of the process of online application form without paying their fees. The final date of online application submission is January 31, 2023.

Different Aspects of the Registration – Here are the steps which the students need to follow in order to apply for the exam

• Fees Payment: As the first step, the candidates need to pay their application fees at the designated centers. The payment needs to be done by using Demand Draft of worth Rs 300, that is to be issued in the favor of “Secretary, Gujarat Common Entrance Test Cell, Gandhinagar”. After the fees are being deposited, a unique User Id will be issued to the candidates.
• Registration: After paying the fees, the candidates will have to register for the exam by the User Id that has been issued to them
• Filling in Application Form: While filling in the Application form, the candidates will have to furnish valid information with regards to their personal details, academic qualification and contact details.
• Uploading Documents: As mentioned by the authority, the candidates will have to upload the scanned copy of their signature and photograph along with the application form
• Submission of the Form: After filling in all the details and uploading all the documents that are required, the candidates will have to review their form in order to check for any errors. They will be given the option to edit the information that they have provided. Once they are confirmed that all the information provided in the form are valid, true and authentic, they need to submit the form. After the form has been submitted, a unique application number will be generated which will be mailed to the student’s registered email id.

Steps For The Registration – here are the important steps that will help the students to register for the GUJCET 2023.

• The candidates are required to visit the official website of the GUJCET 2023 examination.
• Once the webpage is open, the candidates will need to look for the “GUJCET 2023 Registration” tab and click on it.
• Here they will have to create an account by entering their name, mobile number and email.
• Immediately an OTP will be sent to the mobile number candidates provided. Verify the OTP.
• Then they will need to enter all the information which the form will be asking them. Candidates need to make sure that they entering valid and genuine data into the application form.
• The candidates will need to upload a coloured passport size photo which should not be more than 1 month old and also their signature.
• Before submitting the form, candidates should make sure that every detail are correct and then they will have to click on ‘SUBMIT’.
• The application form can now be downloaded from the website as well and you can take a photocopy of it for future references. Candidates will also receive a copy of the application form in their email.
• The students will also have to fill in the exam category and select the centre of their choice during the submission of the registration form.
