The training and placement cell of the college aims to provide the students with all the needed skills that are necessary to be placed in top companies.

The training and placement committee of the Institute is headed by an MBA (HR), who is a qualified training placement officer with 28 years of experience in HR or HRD related activities tasks.

They constantly inform the students about higher learning opportunities in India and abroad on a continuous basis through seminar and workshops etc.

The placement cell organises regular training programs on personality development and personal grooming sessions for the students from the fourth semester of their respective curriculum.

Sir MVIT placements cover all sectors equally.Non-IT branches like Mechanical, Civil, IEM, Biotechnology – these branches also receive good placement results, as well as non-IT companies, also visit the college on a continuous basis along with IT companies. 

Sir MVIT placements not only sustained a relationship with old recruiting companies but also made connections with new companies during Sir MVIT placements 2018.
