SMIT Sikkim – Courses, Fees & Admission Criteria 2025
SMIT Sikkim offers courses on the undergraduate and postgraduate level. On the undergraduate level, B.tech courses are offered on subjects like Civil Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering.
The B.tech courses are conducted for a duration of four years through eight semesters. For being eligible to the B.Tech courses, candidates should pass in 10+2 or equivalent with Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects and Chemistry with 50% marks.
Diploma courses are also available in the same subjects as B.tech. SMIT fee for Diploma courses is approximately 7.80 lakhs for the three-year course.
M.tech courses are available on the postgraduate level. It is offered in specializations such as Power Electronics, Computer Science & Information Systems, Information Technology, Production Engineering, Structural Engineering etc.
For being eligible to the m.tech courses, the candidate must have Bachelor’s in Engineering in an appropriate branch with minimum 60% marks.
