Phase 1 of IIT Guwahati Placements 2025 concluded in December 2024, and Phase 2 of the placement drive is scheduled to commence between April and May 2025.
As per the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Education, Women, Children, Youth and Sports, certain IITs, including IIT Guwahati, experienced a slight dip in placement numbers during the 2023-24 session.
For the 2024 placement drive, a total of 466 companies registered, with the highest package offered reaching INR 2.05 crore per annum.
