IIITDM Kancheepuram Courses and Fee Structure

The college offers engineering courses in undergraduate, dual degree, postgraduate and doctoral level. IIITDM conducts a full-time four-year undergraduate Bachelor of Technology programme in Computer Engineering (COE), Electronics and Communication Engineering with specialization in Design and Manufacturing (EDM), Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Design and Manufacturing (MDM) and Smart Manufacturing (MSM). For the entire programme, it costs Rs. 4.77 lakhs.
Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Management offers a dual degree of B.Tech+M.Tech in Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering with specialization in D&M and VLSI and Electronic System Design (EVD), Electronics and Communication Engineering with specialization in D&M and Signal Processing and Communication System Design (ESD), Mechanical Engineering with specialization in D&M and Product Design (MPD), Mechanical Engineering with specialization in D&M and Advanced Manufacturing (MFD). the duration of this integrated course is five years with a fee of Rs. 5.95 lakhs.
The college provides postgraduate Master of Technology course in Smart Manufacturing with a duration of two years and a fee of Rs. 1.26 lakhs for the entire programme.
