IFMR Graduate School of Business (GSB) at Krea University has seen a successful placement season, with 158 out of 184 students from the cohort of 2021-23 being hired by leading global and Indian consulting, finance, and technology companies. These students have secured new-age roles in areas such as risk management, consulting, analytics, and regulatory reporting. Prominent recruiters include JP Morgan, Deloitte, Wells Fargo, EY, HSBC India, Morgan Stanley, Nomura, TVS NEXT, Societe Generale, and Axis Bank.
The cohort of 2022-24 has also succeeded in securing internships, with 60 students landing roles at top companies, some with a stipend of up to INR 1 lakh per month. The average CTC for this year’s placements has increased by over 20%, with the highest salary offered at INR 20 lakhs per annum. At the time of this report, 39 recruiters had hired students from IFMR GSB for roles across various sectors. Internship roles were also secured across a range of sectors, including IT, BFSI, FMCG, HR, and consulting, with top recruiters such as Dell Technologies, DE Shaw, Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, HSBC, Wells Fargo, Tata International, EY India, TeamLease, SBI Capital, Vivriti Capital, Rolandlam, and Barclays.
This report is interim, and the figures are based on the ongoing placement season at IFMR GSB. The school is confident that with a focus on quantitative finance, data science, fintech, and sustainability, it will continue to attract top companies and larger roles in the future.
