PGPM

The PG Program in Management, the program equips the students with the skills, knowledge and strategic perspectives essential to the leadership of business around the world. The program comprises 29 courses (of which 21 are compulsory courses and 8 are elective courses), and a Summer Internship Program. These courses are spread over four semesters. 

The students can pursue elective courses in Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, Operations and Information Technology and Systems leading to the respective specialisation.

IBS Gurgaon Fees (2026–28)

Key Points:

• The total fee for IBS Gurgaon PGPM 2025–27 is ₹9.09 Lakhs.

• A refundable caution deposit of ₹10,000 is applicable.

• Living expenses are extra and not part of the academic fee.

IBS Gurgaon Admission Dates 2026

To apply for IBSAT 2025, start by registering and paying the Rs 1800 application fee. Next, take the IBSAT test or submit scores from CAT, NMAT by GMAC™, XAT, or GMAT™. Note that IBSAT is an online remote-proctored test. After the test, wait for the results announcement. If shortlisted, you will receive an invitation to the selection process at the IBS campus, which includes Micro Presentation and Personal Interview rounds. Finally, upon successful completion, you will receive admission confirmation and campus allocation.

The admission to IBS Gurgaon PGPM program happens through IBSAT. IBSAT is a Computer Based Test (CBT) and consists of multiple-choice questions. IBSAT is a two-hour exam designed to gauge a candidate's proficiency in quantitative methods, data interpretation, data sufficiency, vocabulary, analytical thinking, and reading comprehension.

How to Apply for IBSAT 2025

The IBSAT 2025 application form is common for admission to the MBA/PGPM programs at IBS campuses in Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Dehradun, Jaipur, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Pune, as well as for the PhD (full-time/part-time) program at IBS Hyderabad.

The IBSAT Bulletin can be obtained by paying ₹1,800 through any of the following modes:

• After submission, you will be redirected to the payment page.

• Once the payment is completed, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email ID.

• A hard copy of the IBSAT Bulletin will be delivered to you within one week.

The IBSAT Bulletin can also be obtained from any of the IBS marketing offices. Applicants can visit the nearest branch and purchase the Bulletin by paying the prescribed application fee in cash.

Eligibility

2-Year Management Program (PGPM)

• A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 50% or above marks, with English as the medium of instruction.

• Minimum 15 years of education (10+2+3 or 10+2+4 pattern).

• Candidates who did not study in English medium must submit a TOEFL / NELT / IELTS score by May 31, 2026.

• Final-year students are also eligible to apply, provided they complete all graduation requirements (including practicals, viva, and assignments) by May 31, 2026.

• Admission will be provisional until submission of mark sheets and degree certificates. The deadline for submitting proof of graduation is November 1, 2026.

• Eligibility verification will begin from August 2026, and it is the responsibility of candidates to ensure they meet the criteria.

Admission Process

IBSAT 2025

IBSAT 2025 is an online aptitude test conducted by The ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (a deemed-to-be University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956) for admission into the MBA and PhD programs at IBS Bengaluru and IBS Hyderabad.

The test is computer-based (CBT), two hours in duration, and comprises multiple-choice questions. It evaluates candidates on quantitative techniques, data interpretation, data adequacy, vocabulary, analytical reasoning, and reading comprehension.

CAT / GMAT® / NMAT / XAT

In addition to IBSAT 2025, candidates may also apply with CAT, GMAT®, NMAT by GMAC™, or XAT scores (from 2023 onwards). Applicants with these scores are exempted from taking IBSAT.

Faisal is an alumnus of Class of 2003 of IBS Gurgaon. He joined ICICI InfoTech Ltd. as an executive in sales department. In year 2004, he became Account Manager and is responsible for Business Development in Northern Region. He later Joined Leading ERP Solution Provider SAP India Pvt. Ltd as an Alliance Manager and is responsible for Channel Management. He loves to travel and Drive. Tamal was hired from campus by GE Capital for their India Bank Cards Division. He then moved to two start-ups & grew to management ranks. Next he joined Oracle to manage their ERP Receivables team for Europe, Middle-east & Africa. Finally, he joined his present organisation Unisys where he looks after the entire internal Enterprise Applications Practice & heads the Global SA Division in India.
