UPSC IES/ISS 2019 Registration/Application Process

UPSC IES/ISS 2019 Registration

The candidates applying for the exam should fulfil the eligibility criteria and they must be very cautious in filling the application form. The documents that are needed for filling the form should be kept ready by the candidates. The following are the steps to fill the application form of UPS IES/ISS 2019:

  • Visit the official website upsc.gov.in
  • The candidates are required to submit only one application.
  • The candidate who is submitting more than one application should note that only the application with Higher RID (registration number) shall be entertained by the commission and the fee paid against one RID will not be accustomed against any other RID.
  • There are two parts to be filled in the application part 1 and part 2
  • In part 1 the candidates have to fill the general registration form
  • Fill the general application form by entering the valid details like name, address; email id, DOB, mobile number, the name of the exam IES/ISS etc.
  • After checking the application form the confirmation page will be generated.
  • The candidates are asked to take a print out of the application form
  • Then proceed with the part 2 application process. The candidates are asked to login with the registration ID and have to fill the remaining form.
  • There are four steps to be followed in part 2. Payment, centre selection, and photo and sign ID card, agreeing to the declaration.
  • Upload the scanned copy of the photograph. The file size should not exceed 40 kb and should be less than 3 kb.
  • Likewise, upload the scanned copy of the signature. The file size of the sign should be 1 kb to 40 kb.
  • The candidates have to make the payment of the application fee through the online or offline mode.
  • Then the candidates can select the centre. They have to choose anyone centre at the time of filling the application form.
  • At the last, the candidates have to agree with the declaration.

Payment of fees:

The candidates (excepting females / ST / SC / persons with benchmark disability) are exempted from payment of the fee of Rs.200/-. The candidates can make the payment through the online mode by net banking, credit card or debit card.

The candidates who opt for paying offline have to take the print out of the form and can deposit the cash in any SBI branch.
