KIITEE Cutoff
The cutoff list for the entrance exam will be released by KIIT in the first week of May. The merit rank will be determined by the candidates’ marks.
The following factors will have an impact on cutoffs:
- The total number of candidates who took the entrance exam
- Candidates’ grade point averages
- Level of difficulty of the examination
- Trends in previous years’ cutoffs
- Intake of candidates in each course
- The University Rules and Regulations of KIIT provide for reserved seats.
The minimum percentile cutoffs for both reserved and unreserved categories are listed below.
- Minimum qualifying marks in the general category are 50%.
- Minimum qualifying marks for reserved categories (SC, ST, and OBC) are 40%.
- Minimum qualifying marks in the general category are 45 percent.
- Minimum qualifying marks for reserved categories are 40%.

Every year, the KIIT will publish cutoffs for each course separately. Candidates can get an idea of the expected cutoff for this year by looking at the cutoffs listed below.

Following the announcement of the results, a merit list will be created based on the candidates’ marks. For each course, a separate rank list will be created. The university will mail the candidates’ rank cards, which will include their grades.
