Established in 2010, National Institute of Technology, Uttarakhand is one of the 31 NITs in India. The institute provides engineering courses in undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral level. The college conducts postgraduate two-year Master of Technology programme in Structural Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Artificial intelligence, Computing Systems, Microelectronics and VLSI Design, Communication Systems, Power System and Control, Power Electronics and Drives, Manufacturing Technology and Machine Design. NIT Uttarakhand M Tech fee is Rs. 1.38 lakhs.
The institute also provides a three-year NIT Uttarakhand PhD course in Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics Engineering and Mechanical Engineering with a fee of Rs. 85,000.
