LBSIM offers a Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) for both working professionals and non-working candidates. This doctoral-level program is designed to foster research and scholarship in management education. The FPM program duration is 4 years for non-working scholars and 6 years for working executives.

LBSIM FPM Selection Criteria 2026:

- The presentation and personal interview will be conducted on the same day.

Stipend for Non-Working Scholars:
- INR 30,000 per month for the first two years from the date of joining the FPM program.
- INR 35,000 per month for the remaining duration (up to two years).
- The stipend is provided for a maximum of four years, subject to satisfactory academic performance as assessed in quarterly reviews.
Additional Benefits:
- LBSIM reimburses up to INR 50,000 for research-related expenses incurred by the research scholar during the program.
