GLIM Chennai PGPM Placement Report 2025
The PGPM Class of 2025 witnessed an impressive placement season, attracting leading recruiters from a wide range of industries. Top companies such as Accenture, Deloitte, Cognizant, FedEx, Infosys Consulting, Incedo, ADP, HCL, and Tiger Analytics extended multiple offers. Additionally, more than 25 new recruiters—including KPMG, IBM, Swiggy, Target, WNS, and Vuram—participated despite a challenging market environment.
The average CTC for the PGPM program increased to ₹17.8 LPA, with the average outgoing CTC reaching 2.7 times the average incoming CTC, showcasing the strong career transformation the program delivers within one year.
Students received offers across a variety of roles, including Consultant, Assistant Manager – Marketing, Decision Science Practitioner, Business Strategist, Innovation Consultant, Management Accountant, Associate Product Owner, Presales & Marketing Specialist, Business Architecture Team Lead, Data Consultant, Assistant Manager – Customer Success, Advisory Services Analyst, and Senior Business Consultant, among others.
In terms of industry distribution, Technology Consulting accounted for the largest share of offers at 36%, followed by Business Consulting (25%) and IT/ITeS (22%). The remaining offers came from sectors such as FinTech, Financial Services, Manufacturing & Logistics, Analytics, FMCG & Retail, E-Commerce, Media, and Market Research.
Function-wise, Consulting dominated with 61% of total offers, followed by Product Management (12%) and Sales, Marketing & Business Development (10%). Other roles were offered in Operations, Supply Chain, Analytics, Data Science, Project Management, and Logistics.
