On similar lines, let us try to understand the admission process for the PGDM course.

Great Lakes Chennai PGDM 2020 – 22

The admission process for the course remains the same as of the PGPM, described above here. However, since most of the candidates who apply for this course are less than 24 months experience at work, the attributes on which the candidates are gauged are slightly different. Here are the considerations based on which the candidates are shortlisted:

  1. Academic abilities – School, College and University grades and scores are CAT, XAT, CMAT or GMAT
  2. Rank holders – The course gives preferences to the rank holders over others. The rank can be at the school level or university level
  3. Integrity and Ethical values – The course believes in developing future leaders for the real-time industry across the world. Therefore, candidates with the slightest sense of unethical behaviour will be barred from further process of admission. Plagiarism during the essays is considered an explicit rejection.
  4. Diversity Background: The candidate should be a valuable addition to the batch and should be able to impart his/her knowledge with their fellow mates. At the same, the candidate must be ready to take suggestions and learn from peers.

For any queries apart from the one stated above, the candidates can always mail their questions to admissions@greatlakes.edu.in.
