BIMTECH provides admission to its 2-year full-time PGDM program, offering specialisations in addition to the PGDM Core. These specialisations include International Business (IB), Insurance Business Management (IBM), and Retail Management (RM).
BIMTECH PGDM/MBA Admission 2024

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised university in any specialisation by May 31, 2024.
Selection Criteria:
- PGDM/PGDM IB: Graduation with minimum 50% marks + Valid CAT 2023/ XAT 2024/ GMAT 2022/2023-24/ CMAT 2024 score followed by Personal Interview and Extempore.
- PGDM RM/PGDM IBM: Graduation with minimum 50% marks + Valid CAT 2023/ XAT 2024/ GMAT 2022/2023-24/ CMAT 2024/ MAT 2023-24 score followed by Personal Interview and Extempore.

BIMTECH PGDM Selection Criteria
BIMTECH PGDM selection criteria are outlined as follows:
Round 1: Unique Profile-Based Selection for Early Applicants
Early applicants for the PGDM 2024 program at BIMTECH may qualify for early shortlisting based on their profile for the PI round, Extempore, and Psychometric test in December 2023 (if applying in the first round). Aspirants for BIMTECH PGDM 2024-26 can potentially secure early shortlisting based on their profile and participate in early PI sessions in December 2023, possibly securing a seat at BIMTECH Greater Noida even before their MBA entrance exam results are announced. However, entrance exam scores will still hold a 30% weightage in the final merit evaluation.
Candidates in the early round will be evaluated based on their academic performance, consistency, and relevant work experience (if applicable). In the last week of December, these candidates will undergo the PI round, Extempore, and Psychometric test.
Round 2: Entrance Exam Scores
Candidates will be selected for the BIMTECH PGDM program based on their entrance exam scores (CAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT/MAT), followed by a Personal Interview, Extempore, and Psychometric Test. Applicants may submit multiple entrance test scores, with BIMTECH considering the best score for shortlisting candidates for the PI round, Extempore, and Psychometric Test.
BIMTECH PGDM Weightage for Final Selection
BIMTECH allocates 30% weightage to the percentiles obtained in exams such as CAT, CMAT, XAT, GMAT, and MAT. The highest percentile among all submitted test scores will be considered for admission to PGDM courses at BIMTECH. An additional 35% weightage is attributed to performance in the Personal Interview, Extempore, and Psychometric Test. - Candidates will receive weightage for work experience if they have served in an executive or supervisory capacity for at least one year.
- Proof of residence is mandatory for regional weightage.

BIMTECH FPM/EFPM Admission 2024
BIMTECH provides admission to doctoral-level programs, including two fellowship programs: the Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) and the Executive Fellow Programme in Management (EFPM).

BIMTECH FPM & EFPM Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must possess a Master’s degree or equivalent with at least 60% marks recognised by AICTE/AIU, along with a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Alternatively, candidates with CA/CS/ICWA qualifications and a B.Com degree must have achieved a minimum of 50% marks.
- Five-year integrated Master’s degree program graduates or equivalent with a minimum of 60% marks obtained after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2) or equivalent are eligible.
- EFPM candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in managerial/executive or teaching domains.
BIMTECH FPM & EFPM Selection Criteria
The selection for the BIMTECH fellowship program hinges on the candidate’s overall performance in presenting their Research Proposal, followed by a Personal Interview.
BIMTECH FPM & EFPM Admission Process
Prospective applicants aiming for admission to the FPM & EFPM program at BIMTECH need to complete an online application form available at www.bimtech.ac.in. A non-refundable application fee of INR 3000 is applicable.
BIMTECH FPM Scholarship
At BIMTECH, students enrolled in the FRM program receive a waiver of INR 80,000 in tuition fees along with additional scholarships provided over different academic years. Details of the scholarship are outlined below:

BIMTECH Online PGDM Admission 2024
BIMTECH offers an option for students and working professionals to enroll in the online PGDM course. Students need to take an entrance test, and upon qualifying, they receive a provisional offer letter. To secure their seat, they must then pay the necessary fee and submit the required documents.

BIMTECH Application Process 2024
BIMTECH admissions typically commence in September and continue through April of the following year. Candidates are required to appear for one of the accepted entrance exams such as CAT, XAT, CMAT, or GMAT for PGDM and PGDM (IB). Additionally, candidates interested in PGDM (IBM) and PGDM (RM) may also apply using MAT scores. Admission to doctoral programs (FPM and EFPM) does not require an entrance test; candidates are selected based on their research proposal and personal interview.
For PGDM and related courses, the accepted entrance exam carries a weightage of 35% in the final merit list. The admission process at BIMTECH involves the following stages:

- An application fee of INR 2000 is required to be paid via Credit/Debit Card.
- Applicants must complete the application form with accurate information.
- After qualifying the respective entrance examination and successfully submitting the application form, candidates will be invited for a Personal Interview, Extempore, and Psychometric Test.
- The final selection is based on past academic performance, entrance test scores, performance in personal interview, extempore, psychometric tests, writing ability tests, work experience, and other relevant parameters.
- Selected candidates are required to deposit the first instalment of tuition fees within the specified time frame mentioned in their offer letter.

- The final merit list is published on the website. Selected candidates need to submit the fees to confirm their seat.
BIMTECH Admission 2024 Required Documents
Candidates are required to submit self-attested photocopies of the following documents at BIMTECH for Admission 2024:
- Mark Sheet of Class 10th.
- Mark Sheet of Class 12th.
- Mark Sheets of Graduation (All years/Semesters).
- Scorecard of CAT/GMAT/XAT/CMAT/MAT (whichever is applicable).
