1. Late Basant Kumar Birla Admission Merit Scholarship

  • Eligibility: CAT/XAT percentile ≥ 90 or GMAT percentile ≥ 95

  • Scholarship Amount: ₹2 Lakhs

  • Disbursement: Applied as fee waiver in the 2nd–4th installments; final disbursement upon successful completion of all six terms with a minimum CGPA of 7.0 and no disciplinary issues.

2. Shriyut B.K. Birla Admission Scholarship

Awarded based on entrance test percentile:

  • Disbursement: Adjusted against tuition fee from the 2nd to 4th installments.

3. Late G.D. Birla Academic Merit Scholarship

  • Eligibility: Top 2 rank holders (based on TGPA) in each PGDM program per term, with all subjects cleared in the first attempt and minimum 60% marks in Class 10, 12, and graduation.

  • Award per Term:

    • 1st Rank: ₹50,000

    • 2nd Rank: ₹25,000

  • Maximum Benefit: Up to ₹3 Lakhs per student over four terms.

4. Madhuri & Jagdish Sheth Endowment Awards

  • An annual award from a ₹10 Lakh endowment fund, given to students demonstrating outstanding academic performance.

5. Special Recognition Awards

  • Madam Madhuri J. Sheth Award: ₹25,000 each for top female students in PGDM and PGDM-IB based on cumulative performance.

  • Jagdish N. Sheth Award: ₹50,000 awarded annually for the best Ph.D. thesis.

  • Late Sarala Birla Award: ₹1,00,000 per year for three years to a female Ph.D. scholar from a developing country.

6. Supernumerary Category Scholarships

  • Offered to international and SAARC students admitted under the supernumerary category.

  • Total Scholarships: 10

  • Amount per Student: ₹2 Lakhs

7. Need-Based Scholarships

  • Provided to students from economically weaker sections who demonstrate financial need.

  • Award amount varies based on family income and supporting documents.
