The registration process varies for all the exam. The offline application process is not available. The registration for BPSC 64^th Combined Competitive Exam is opened an application process goes like this.

Initially, the candidate should register for the exam through online mode. Then the candidate should pay the fees. He/She can fill in the application form only after the registration and payment of fees. The candidate who clears the prelims exam should fill up a separate application form for the main exam. However, the optional subject in the main exam should be filled up when applying for the prelims exam. The registration process will get over by 30^th August after which only the registered candidates will be allowed to fill in the application for prelims. The candidate must possess a valid mail ID and phone number before registering for the exam.

Steps to register for the exam

• Visit the official website of Bihar Public Service Commission.
• In the official page press the online registration tab.
• Strike apply online button given under the 64^th combined Civil Service Exam.
• Enter the valid details like Name, Contact details such as the mobile number and a valid mail ID. The Mail Id and the mobile number must be active till the end of the recruitment process.
• Then press the submit
• Note down the registration ID and the respective password. It will be generated automatically.
• The registration Id and Password must be kept safe till the end of the process. 

Steps in Payment of fees

• After registration, click on the online fee payment link. There is no availability of offline fee payment.
• Select the mode of money transfer like credit or debit card or net banking. So before starting to pay the fees, the candidate must keep all his details ready to pay the fee.
• The page will be directed to the bank’s website as soon as the candidate selects the mode of money transfer.

Steps in applying for Prelims exam

• Before starting the application process have a scanned copy of the signature and the recent colored photo in the required format.
• The online application link will become active only upon the successful completion of the fee payment.
• Fill in the details asked for in the application form.
• Upload the soft copy of signature and photo. The size of both shouldn’t exceed the maximum size as asked in the instruction booklet.
• Before pressing the submit button to have a look at the preview window to check the reliability of the entered information.
• Strike the SUBMIT
• Download the filled application form and take a print out of the same for future reference.
