Procedure

  • Counselling- The first step in the process is counseling, where students interact with the college to gain a proper perspective of what the institute expects from the students in both academic as well as non-academic arenas. They also discuss the structure of the PGDM program and clarify any doubts regarding the B-school, the program offerings and future prospects.
  • Application- After counseling, A student can fill out the application form and submit it. Students can visit vjim.edu.in and fill out the application form by clicking the “Apply Now” button and following the instructions.
  • While filling in the form, the students will be asked to upload a scanned copy of their documents, so it is a good idea to keep all the supporting documents handy. Usually, the documents that are required include a passport size photograph as well as marksheets of the qualification stated along with the test scores. After filling out the form and uploading the required documents, students will be able to submit their application form.
  • During the filling out of the form, students should remember that they will be redirected to the payment window where they will be required to pay Rs. 1000/- for processing their application form.
  • Personal Interview- Once the form is submitted, the students go through the first round of selection, where candidates are shortlisted based upon their application.
  • The short-listed candidates are called for the next round- Personal Interviews.
  • Selection- The candidates who clear the Personal Interview are selected, and the selection criteria are based on the Composite Score as per AICTE Norms. The students are not only expected to clear the test but also have a great blend of exemplary application and a stellar personal interview.
