Exam pattern of SBI PO:

The exam of SBI PO will be conducted in three phases- Prelims, Mains, and Group discussion/ Interview.

Prelims and Mains exam of SBI PO will be conducted in online mode. Group Discussion/ Interview will be of face to face interactions.

SBI PO prelims exam pattern:

The study schedule covers all the topics from each section of the SBI PO prelims exam. Plan the timetable like to cover all the topics before the exam make a point that the candidates should take one mock test daily, carefully analyze all the questions and answers that the candidates skip in the mock test.

The candidates can divide the time like 1 hour for each topic. And take the mock test for 1 hour and analyze the mock test for 1 hour.

Preparation tips and books for section wise:

English language:

This section is one of the easiest one in the prelims exam. The candidates need to focus on grammar. Have the clear idea about the concept on the use of the adjective, prepositions, etc. practice daily the comprehension part and improve the reading habit to finish this section fast as it will be easy for the candidates to score more and also can save time.

Reading newspaper will also help to enrich the vocabulary part and increase the reading speed. Try to get a good command over grammar in order to score better in this section.

Quantitative Aptitude:

Study the shortcuts for multiplication, division, and squares. Improve the percentage calculation speed and understand the use of percentage to do fraction type problems easily.
