The Indian Institute of Technology has announced that the recruitment process for the post of project scientist and Junior research fellow is about to begin. The registration process begins from November 16, 2019 and it is scheduled to end on the 6th of December 2019.
The candidates can download the application from the official website of IRD (Industrial research and development unit). The walk-in interview will take place on the 6th of December 2019.

Eligibility Criteria:
Principal Project Scientist:
The candidates who wants to apply for the post of Principal Project Scientist must hold a master’s degree in Technology. The candidates should have passed in 1st class in order to be considered eligible. Importance will be given for the candidates who have a Ph.D. in any field in science and technology.
The candidates should have a minimum of 6 years of working experience to be eligible for the post. The candidates should have knowledge in computer language.
Junior Research Fellow:
The candidate should have a master’s degree in physics with a minimum of 60 %. The candidates should have appeared for the GATE exam or NET exam. The GATE and NET exam relaxation will be given to the candidates who have passed M. Tech with more than 8.00 CGPA.
