The Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode has achieved a notable ranking of #77 in the Financial Times (FT) Masters in Management Ranking for 2023. Among B-Schools in Asia, IIM Kozhikode holds the 10th position and stands as the fourth-highest-ranked among the Indian Institutes of Management.
Earlier this year, IIMK also secured the 72nd position in the prestigious FT Ranking of Executive Education (Open Enrollment) programmes, reaffirming its commitment to providing high-quality education.
Notably, IIM Kozhikode’s full-time MBA programme is one of five IIMs and 11 Indian B-Schools to be featured in the top 100 of the FT Masters in Management Ranking for 2023. These rankings take into account several crucial criteria, including factors such as the average graduate salary three years after course completion, salary percentage increase, value for money (calculated based on alumni salaries, tuition, and other costs), career progress, the presence of female faculty, female students, women on the board, international faculty, and international students, among other factors.

This success is a testament to the dedication and passion of our experienced faculty and staff, who continue to enhance the learning experience for our students. Our programs are meticulously designed to empower management students with inclusive concepts and practices, fostering the holistic development of future leaders,” he added.
In 2023, IIMK welcomed a diverse cohort of students, with 45 percent of candidates being women and 58 percent coming from non-engineering backgrounds, making it the largest cohort with a total of 601 students. Additionally, the institute admitted 12 international students from six different countries, contributing to its global perspective and inclusivity.
Moreover, IIMK was recognised globally in the Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) World University Rankings by Subject 2023, where it secured a position among the top 251-300 Institutes in Business & Management Studies. This recognition adds to its consistent track record of being among the world’s top B-Schools in QS Rankings for both MBA and Executive MBA studies.
