UPSC CAPF 2019 Admit Card

One of the important document that must be kept safe till the end of the process is the admit card. The admit card can be downloaded from online. It will not be sent via post. So the candidate will have to keep a valid email ID till the end of the process. The e admit card will be available three weeks before the commencement of the exam.

Latest Update – UPSC CAPF 2019 Released CAPF Admit Card for Assistant Commandant. Candidates can download their admit card till 18 August 2019.

STEPS TO DOWNLOAD THE E-ADMIT CARD

  • Enter into upsc.gov.in.
  • In the official page click on e-admit card download.
  • Enter the details like Registration ID and Date of Birth or roll number.
  • If RID is not received enter the details like DoB and Name of the candidate or DoB and Fathers name.

When the candidate fails to get the e-admit card, he/she should contact the commission in person or through the phone. It is his or her responsibility to be present in the exam venue with a valid e admit card.

As soon as the candidate applies to the exam he/she must take a print out of the application form for future reference. Whenever the communication is done to the commission then the following details must be present in the letter.

  • Name and year of the examination.
  • Name of the candidate.
  • Registration ID.
  • Roll number.
  • Complete postal address.
  • Valid and an active email ID.

All the communications will be done only through electronic mode. So valid email ID is a must.

EXAM CENTRES

It is allotted on first come first allot basis. Apart from Chennai, Dispur, Kolkata, Nagpur for all the other centers, there is a limitation in the number of seats. So once the center has maximum occupancy it will be frozen and the candidate will have to select from the remaining centers. The following are the centers of examination,

After the center allotment, the candidate will be informed about the time table and place of the examinations. When the situations at a particular center are bad, the commission has rights to cancel those center. In such cases, the candidate will be allotted different center.

General Instruction for the candidate regarding the exam

Instructions for PAPER I

  • The candidate can carry a writing board inside the exam hall on which nothing must be written.
  • A black ballpoint pen to circle the right options in the answer sheet.
  • Mobile phones, calculators, log books, stencils, drawing instruments, rough sheets are not permitted inside the exam hall.
  • Misconduct or misbehavior of the candidate inside the exam hall is not allowed.
  • No copying of the answers during the exam.
  • Since it is OMR sheet the candidate should darken the right option with black ball pen.
  • Enter the roll number and the test booklet series properly. If not the answer sheet will be rejected.
  • Enter all the other particulars correctly in the answer sheet at the top.
  • In the scannable attendance sheet, encircle the details correctly which is asked for in the attendance sheet correctly with a black pen.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAPER II

  • Use an ink pen to fill the answers and rough work can be done with pencils.
  • Before submitting the answer booklet check the answers correctly.
  • The extra questions answered will be ignored.
  • Enter the roll number in the answer booklet properly.
  • For the precis part, separate sheets will be issued. The candidate must fasten it along with the answer booklet. Don’t enter the roll number on these sheets.
